Ordered a part! Large part! They quoted the best price so I went to their shop and ordered my part, a mower deck! I paid for it and left thinking my order had been placed! Well that didn’t happen! They called 5 days after I paid for my part and said the price had gone up over $160 and I would need to come in and pay the difference! Where does it stop? Do I pay the 160 and then what Be at the mercy of another price increase when they order it? I refuse to do business with a company that will not stand behind the price quoted!... read more
Best customer service ever! I came in with a problem with my carburetor. They told me exactly what I needed to fix the problem and helped me out so much. When you buy equipment from them you not only get excellent equipment but knowledge and service that is priceless. My future equipment purchases will be from Harry's.
You can't go wrong shopping at Harry's for your BBQ supplies and Big Green Egg's. They have some the absolute best rubs and sauce available. Don't waste time shopping else where for these... there is no better supporter of local pitmasters than here! And if they don't have something that you want, just ask. They will do everything they can to get it.
