they don't pick up the phone or return calls then hit you with late fee's.. wouldn't recommend them.

Rafi and Robin at the Lloyd center location are a customer service dream team. I was looking for a wedding band for my wife and they not only helped me find the right ring at a great value, they also went above and beyond to make my experience as easy and as pleasant as possible. I don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, you'll be happy you paid them a visit...Oh yeah, and she loved it.

I just wandered in while thinking about buying more beads for my bangle bracelet. The salesman at that time was helpful and pointed out what beads were on sale. I had to return when I had my bracelet. The second return visit, the saleman was friendly and took time to tell me prices an colors. With the sale price of buying one bead and then getting 3 free was great sale.
