I would never recommend this place due to the very rude receptionist, Mary. I have never been treated so unprofessional by a company before, especially someone who is supposed to work in customer service. I received a phone call from the receptionist and she straight out called me lazy among many other things. This incident is not the first bad experience with this office, but it is the final string and I would highly suggest looking for another office unless you feel like being berated by staff

Sinus surgery done to smooth out one side of nostril. It has been two years, and my nostril is still very rough and swollen inside, harder to breathe than before the surgery. It's like a continuous scab with bleeding. Went back to dr to show him, he said it looked fine to him. Very very unsatisfied.

Conducted a minor ear wax removal procedure which was not the reason I was referred to him (my ear had a wax build up that was removed by my primary care physician a month earlier). Yet Dr. Borovic did this simple thing and billed my insurance $85 for it. Billing procedures are also confusing, itemized invoice was not sent to me yet a threatening letter was ("BORCO Collection").

Dr. Borovik is very thorough. He doesn't sugarcoat anything and that's what you want. Once you see him more, you like him more for his knowledge and being very thorough. He's. It super friendly but that's okay as long as he's doing his profession that's all I care about. As for his staff in Traverse City, those ladies need a serious talking to! Very rude and unpleasant staff in the Traverse City office. The Kalkaska office staff are great! I hope I never have to see the ladies in person at TC.
