Dr. Shaia is very knowledgeable, listens to you. Has great bedside manner. Offers reasonable suggestions.
Knowledgeable and caring.
Listens and takes his time while allowing me to have a pleasant conversation with him. Does not pressure you to make decision about surgery. He informs you and lets me make the choice when I am ready. I have had three surgeries, two complete tear rotator cuffs snd total knee replacement. I am happy with the successful results.
I got blessed to finally be given to Dr Shaia for my knee care . His information was honest and forthcoming in my condition and I have never been rushed and definitely get appropriate time with our visits . I’m in the healthcare field. And feel respected and well attended to on every visit. Thank You !!
Little wait time, staff friendly and helpful. Dr Shia explains and answers questions and concerns. Friendly and personable. Had 2 knee replacements with him and very satisfied with entire process. I would highly recommend Dr Shia and OrthoVA.
Dr. Shaia is very thorough in his examination and takes time to explain things well. Very pleased with his concern and time he takes with me. Very pleased with the surgery on my right rotator cuff and doing great with it. Great staff also!

I was satisfied with my visit
Was seen on time. Greeted pleasantly by Dr. Shaia. He asked questions about my issues, then ordered x-rays (knee & neck). Knee was fine; determined a strained neck. Checked on my blood sugar levels before offering a cortisone injection, which I accepted. Was given discharge instructions for ice, rest, & exercises.
