Dr Hatasaka and his staff have always been extra caring. They have helped make me comfortable in the awkward, painful, sad and happy emotions.
Pleased with our initial visit. We waited an hour after our scheduled appointment time but was compensated for our long wait time. Felt the Doctor took his time speaking with us and was very thorough. We were happy with our overall consultation.
I liked that the doctor was on time. I never felt rushed, which was nice. I felt I had the doctors undivided attention. My only advice would be that the front desk and nurse slow down when explaining things. At times they spoke so fast it made it hard to follow what they were saying. It was nice to be given handouts and a contact person if I had questions.
Our appointment with Dr. Hatasaka was great. He is so thorough and kind. He cares so much about his patients and we appreciate that so much. We love his nurse too!
Dr. Hataska was excellent. He took the time to really explain things and look at all of our resources. I came with a list of questions and never asked any of them because he answered all of them without me having to ask.
He was wonderful!
Nurses do not read or know patients file before calling for details. Not good bed side manor.
I was confused with what treatments or options we were considering going forward. We discussed a lot of stuff, but I left confused about when or what next.
Dr. Hatasaka has been very patient answering questions for us and walking us through this process. We have enjoyed working with him and are pleased with the results! The only thing we would say that might be worth considering is, that, as we went through both fertility treatments, there is understandably a lot of focus on the things that can go wrong, the odds against conception and the fact that there are no guarantees.
