I found it very off-putting to pay for my entire visit upfront before doing anything with this brand new place. I also found it super unpleasant that the doctor was so pessimistic about my chances of getting pregnant when his job is to get his patients pregnant. I even told him I did not want to hear all of the negative stats on it for women of my age but rather to look at MY ACTUAL blood test or ultrasound etc. I did not want to go by stats and I told him that but he persisted regardless. Dumb-founding to me.
Everyone at the RCC has been great, we have loved working with them.
The entire staff here was fantastic and supportive throughout our process. Thanks for making our family's dreams come true.
6 is the average of my good and bad experiences with the staff. I would give Dr. Hatasaka a 1 and the rest of the staff 8 or 9. Dr. Hatasaka said it would be impossible for someone of my size to conceive. He lectured me for 2 hours about my weight and ignored me when I mentioned how I was born with a metabolic disorder and have been seeing endocrinologists off and on to figure out why I gain weight easily and cannot lose. Dr. Hatasaka was outstanding! He took a lot of time to explain my condition clearly in a way that was easy to understand.
He is very kind and caring.
The staff, nurses, and Doctor have always been great about answering our questions, scheduling appointments, etc.
With Dr Hatasaka we are very happy , he made all our dreams a come true , we are not happy with the billing department, I had issues every time , so I am not happy with the billing at all , it's only the Dr Hatasaka which made us to come back here . This center needs to work more on billing department.
Love all the staff. Did not give a perfect score because there were a few months while they were training new nurses and those IUI's were a little rough. But everyone is so kind. Dr. Hatasaka is so knowledgeable, and has great bedside manners.
