I really liked that he took time to explain things to us and give us reasons behind why he or other doctors have made the decisions for us up to this point that they have. I liked hearing him talk about research that supports or does not support different approaches, because I come from a profession where I understand the importance of it. I really appreciated the way Dr. Hatasaka would explain my medical concerns so clearly. He also helped me feel comfortable and cared for.

I really liked how he took time to answer our questions and did not seemed rushed to get us out. I usually feel like doctors are too hurried but I did not feel that way here.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Hatasaka was knowledgeable and really took the time to understand my medical history. He explained things well and let me know exactly where I needed to start to figure out my issues. I look forward to working with him and his staff.
