We were very pleased with the attention they gave us and with their expertise. They were professional, supportive, and had a good understanding of our concerns and problems we have been experiencing as a family. We would definitely recommend them. We only waited 5 minutes to be seen, and we did not feel at all rushed.

I had to wait a fair amount in the waiting room. I've had to wait longer at other places, but it was still too long. Their office was very clean. They were very kind, but I'm not 100% convinced about their advice.

Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this psychiatrist promptly return your phone calls? Yes Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Was this provider friendly? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this psychiatrist's office? Yes

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls.
