Great food, people and atmosphere! The outdoor patio is an icing on the cake!
We loved this place in the past and frequented it about a dozen times, including expensive evening meals. But when we stopped by to see if there was room on a Sunday, we were greeted by a rude waitress who treated us as a burden, told us it would be a 30-minute wait, and extremely condescending when we asked about the *seven* empty tables. I can collaborate with others who describe the staff as 'phoning it in' and coasting on their reputation. Was at the boat show with my wife as we parked right in front of HBs we stopped in and had the Awesome draft cider to wash down our Maryland wings smothered in old bay and the rare burger with cheddar which was fkn awesome, we’ll be back, and yes that’s a threat!!! Lol 😂
Sat at a table in the bar. After waiting for ten minutes, the bartender told us to order at the bar. Moved to the bar, waited another ten minutes for the wine menu. Ordered wine and some food, waited yet another fifteen minutes for the wine which had arrived but still wasn't opened. Food arrived and when I told the bartender we really wanted some wine to drink with our dinner, he told us "you can leave". Utterly disgraceful. You should not employ people like this because you've lost my custom permanently now.
Awesome and classic restaurant in Downtown Annapolis! It was very cool to see local and state politicians there, especially after the Mayoral Elections! :D
Great brunch and Barbara our server was awesome! Any of the Eggs Benedict are winners!
