Harrow Health Centre uses an outside platform to notify their patients for various factors including appointments, and communications regarding health matters. Even though hhc is well aware that Medeo books "ghost" appointments (doesnt exist in real time/booked at times when the office is closed), hhc continues to use medeo services, instead of hiring a staff member to replace Medeo. One the best dr ive had here so far
How on earth are you supposed to actually talk with someone here? I’ve tried calling, waited on hold, only to be hung up on. No answer, no ability to leave a voicemail. I understand the current state of healthcare in this province leaves everyone wanting, but when you’re looking for answers about your health or the health of a loved one, being hung up on repeatedly and not able to have your concerns addressed is extremely disappointing.
