Had a first time visit today for my 10 yo son. Henry was great, funny and so easy going. Dr Harron was so patient and helpful. Stephanie helped with the checkout and gave me a lot of good information. I was in and out for a whole new exam and buying glasses in only 1 hour. SO thrilled I found them :)

This place was the first vision place I have been to since moving to Georgia in which I was referred to by the pediatric office where my sons go. The staff was very dry and not too welcoming; especially, the much older vision associate. The communication between them was not cohesive to say the least because I made an over the phone appointment and was not informed of ALL information that I needed to bring with me. Even after they realized the discrepancy on their behalf due to a staff member who did not relay all details of... read more

Took mother-in-law for her appointment. She paid for exam which was the exam with additional test at a higher cost. She also paid for her glasses before she received them. Appointment was on 1/20/23. And now, 7 months later, she receives a bill for $134.92! Not happening. She is 95, so I have to take her to her appointments. I heard ever word told to her and there was NEVER a mention of pending charges. It was paid in full at time of service and she has her receipts.

Had a basic quickie eye exam to get an updated glasses prescription. Had asked pricing for medicare recipients before making appointment and paid what they asked at time of service. Medicare later paid an additional $112. Thought that was the end of it. Now a full year later I am being billed $141. This is a very poor way to do business and we won't be going back. Don't trust the prices they tell you.
