Good morning I had appointment this morning at 8:30, ( new patient} I have Blue Medicare HMO, the reception said that you do not honor this insurance, I should have been asked about insurance during the appointment call, I would not have chosen Harrold & Associate and would not have driven 40 miles, she was so quick to make appointment other questions should have been asked. Very dissatisfied 😒

This is not a place to go(Wilmington) unless you want to be talked to like your stupid and have them charge you for things that you were told you wouldn't be charged for.

RecommendedEveryone was super nice! I truly enjoyed my first visit there. I’m always nervous when it comes to the dentist and they all made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend them!!
