Now I love dr Harold he's absolutely the best dentist I've seen although I can't see him every time I go the other dentist don't seem as skilled and professional as him he makes me laugh and feel good about any procedure I get done however the scheduling of appointments is not good at all I don't like going to any office at 12:00 and I'm still sittting in the wait room at 12:45
I had an appointment at 2:30 for an exam. At 3:30 I was still waiting and asked how much longer it would be and was told they were trying to get a room ready. Six more people were called back, none of which were me and at 4:00 after everyone else in the entire office had been called and I was still sitting there I got up and left. I have never had such incompetent service before. I will never go back and strongly suggest to anyone considering this office to look elsewhere.
