Again I went there to pick up a rack I had ordered only to end up buying two lights and a small table. Such great items at a reasonable price. It's like you personally picked things that suit my taste.
The Euro Style Shelly Dining Room Table (glass top with Wenge base) that we bought from your store has spontaneously exploded, sending thousands of pieces of glass all over our dining room, living room and kitchen. You said you did not handle complaints and we had to call the manufacturer. But they want us to buy an entirely new table. How is this good customer service?
I love UBU!! Kris has had a hand in almost everything we've purchased from there, livingroom set, bedroom set, wall art, dining set....you name it, she's helped us. And now she's helping us furnish our new home!! Stop in and see her, she's awesome!!
