I purchased a 2025 Pilot last year. The purchase went great. However, in the last month since Steven Toyota took over you can not reach the service department. They hang up on you after being hold. If you get a person they will place you on hold then hang up. The online scheduler has been down. I took my Car to CMA in Staunton after this. I ended up getting a screw in my tire.
