Purchased a F250 truck. Had some issues with it but they made it right!!! Mike in service is a great man! Good people to work with.
The staff is very friendly and informative. However there seems to a communication error with their new software systems. I brought my vehicle in for a routine recall service. I was told it would be a couple weeks (on a Friday 6/26). No worries. I took a vehicle here May 12 for an inspection, oil change, brakes, and a transmission issue. After 8-10 phone calls and showing up in person, it was July 1 after being hung up on after being transferred to a manager that I found out they didn’t have an employee capable of troubleshooting the transmission and the part I was told they were waiting on was never ordered. Thank you, Steven Ford staff for squeezing us in and replacing the missing bolt on the skid plate under my car today. We were an hour into a 7-hour trip when we first noticed the rattle. Thanks for getting us back on the road quickly.
