All of my google reviews are 5 stars. I typically focus on the +. But, I felt the need to help others on this one. My son's car was serviced at Harrisonburg Ford last Fall. On the way back to Falls Church, the repair failed and the car was taken to Falls Church Ford. They fixed it, but said that Hburg Ford should reimburse me under warranty as it was their workmanship. If you decide to do business with Harrisonburg Ford, ask for salesperson, Cassidy. She will greet you with a smile, treat you with respect, and is courteous to a fault. Cassidy is efficient and honest, without any of the high-pressure sales nonsense you so frequently experience at auto dealerships. Go Cassidy!
Trust me you don't want to know... just don't go there, ever, they only care about themselves they don't give a single hoot about customers or making things right that they mess up, do yourself a favor and go to a different Ford dealer if you still want a Ford at that point.
