Car's are junk and ads are misleading
The actual experience was quick and easy. But then is when the problems started. After I bought the car I was told the title would arrive in about 5-10 businesses days, I said that's alright that's normal. 2 weeks went by and I called do see what was going on, he answered and said that he would call right back. He didn't. I kept calling and finally I went to the dealership and it turns out he changed his office hours to a later time. While I didn't leave here with a car I had a good experience. To be fair I didn't go here with intention of driving away in a new car, just comparing. Regardless, lots of cars to choose from on the lot. Karim was very knowledgeable about all of them and upfront about any issues any of them had. He's very business oriented and willing to work with you to put together a deal.
