Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Dr. Gordon will pressure you to get crowns on any teeth that have moderately sized fillings and will make you feel like you are going to lose the teeth if you don't get them replaced right away. I had a few teeth she pressured me into getting crowns right away using scare tatics. While these teeth probably would have needed crowns much later it could have definitely waited. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. The bedside manner of the dentist was inexcusable. Absolutely disgusted and will never return.

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked
