Administrative staff is very rude. The dentists are great but I have put up with the rude office staff for 15 years and have had enough. I was quoted a price for a dental procedure and paid that price in full the day of the appointment. Now I am being told I owe double of what they quoted me. I understand it was just an estimate but to be off by double is unacceptable. Furthermore I was treated like I had missed a payment and done something wrong.
Great dentist office very caring and friendly. I would recommend them. Get my cleanings there. They accept united concordia dental.....

Everyone bends over backwards to accommodate me in any situation. My dentist is thorough, compassionate, gentle and up front with me in terms of cost and what is best for me in the long term.
