The baked goods are the BEST in Central New York, always fresh and taste great. However the lack of customer service is outrages. Your staff are there to sell, I believe, but they are not interested there customers. I went there yesterday, 2/10/18, and felt like I was bothering them by being there. The baked goods sell themselves and with a little encouragement and a laugh I am sure you could double your sales. I only go there once a month or less as it is an unpleasant experience.

My mom worked in Syracuse and we lived way outside of Camillus...special childhood treat was a dozen donuts..Favs: Old fashions, powdered, peanut covered and those cinnamon sugars...FYI..I live in Alexandria, Virginia and went to the new Wegmans and spotted only lonely 2 halfmoon cookies....needless to say..I was purely disappointed! Not Harrison worthy! I am spoiled.

Only giving this rating because of the extremely poor customer service. I haven’t been in a long time. Felt extremely unwelcome and wasn’t offered help. Like hello, if someone looks confused or new to a place - offer suggestions, sell your products. If customer service was better I would give it a higher rating.
I presently live in Northern California but grew up in Syracuse in my teen years. We always went to Harrison Bakery Grandpa had to have his Italian Bread. My daughter told me that if I DID NOT bring home her Half Moon Cookies I would be walking home from the airport �. You have the BEST!!!!!!. Bought 2 dozen since that was all I could fit since I had to have my Bread �. Love you guys just the best even after all these years. Thank you for letting me not walk home.
