Stopped in after a brief trip back to Syracuse. Harrison Bakery is one of my go to places when back in town. Walked in yesterday afternoon 5/19. Immediately greeted by a VERY nice girl with glasses. Didn’t get her name. She was super polite and extremely professional. Got some Half Moons. No one makes them better than Harrison! No one.
Dear Harrison's Bakery. You did not disappoint yesterday. Travelled from San Antonio, Texas to get my fill. Your half moon cookies have been my fav since the 1970's. Others TRY to replicate; but to no avail. Your peanut donuts cannot be found in Texas and therefore, I have to travel across country for yours. I shared pics to my siblings of which they were jealous. I have many days of samplings to enjoy before Ieave New York. Thanks for being authentic, fresh, and finally getting credit card machines. With Family from Oregon, Arizona and Michigan we made our stop at Harrison’s, It is a must. You didn’t disappoint. The half moon cookies were out of this world and customer service was fantastic. It was like stepping back in time
Went to the bakery today and ordered 2 half moon cookies (delicious) a cannoli, and a headlight. I was very disappointed upon opening the box and seeing the headlight. The amount of chocolate frosting was minimal. What a disappointment.

i grew up on tipp hill........harrison bakery was a treat..............i brought some 1/2 moons and brownies....picked up that morning...........and drove straight through to indianappolis........................my daughter said they were both so dry.....and didn't taste like what she remembered...................i agree........not good at all
