On top of black mold and lead paint coming off the walls, we got a big ass rat running around our apartment and maintenance won’t do anything about it. This is 3 weeks going. We have a son with an autoimmune disorder and rats carry diseases, lead paint can cause problms, and black mold causes problems. We are not on section 8 and pay almost 800 dollars to live with a rat and black mold
What are the best places to live and raise kids is a nursing home so if anyone tell you it is they're not telling the truth
We moved in May of 2020 it was a godsend at the time because we were paying very high rent ($850) in a house that was in very poor condition. the apartments from the outside looked very nice so i accepted the offer of a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment, the inside is beautiful and well maintained! Lacy has been very helpful along the process explaining everything about the housing program in great detail! anytime we have had a maintenance issue they come right away and fix them.
