My wife has been buying Publix cakes for 20+ yrs for 8 kids (in FL). We wanted a #8 shaped cake decorated like a race track Black road with green in the holes of the 8 to look like grass). I'd like to thank the Publix bakery in Wake Forest for being too busy for us to order a birthday cake 2 days in advance as they couldn't take any more orders due to Mother's day. I'm so grateful for the caring staff, especially Michael, who took care of my friend when she experienced a medical issue while shopping today. He was quick to help. He went above and beyond to make sure she received the medical attention necessary. Bottom line he treated her like his own mother. What a Good Samaritan. I'm so thankful for Michael and the caring staff at this location. Thank you!

I’ve been going to this store for 2 years. The deli has been of good service roughly twice. You can count on having to repeat your order a number of times and it taking up to 20 minutes even if you are the only one there. Tonight I was there at 8pm, only person, asked if they could do one more order. Lights off, “no, we close at 8.”
