This store used to be amazing. Nowadays it is awful. Seriously. Awful. They have worst self-checkouts in town. Not just saying that. I'm serious. Parking is a horrific issue. Most of the employees lack the capacity for effective customer service. Not everyone, but mostly everyone. Once downtown has better grocery choices I am totally bidding farewell to the lowlife Teeter.

I live in the best neighborhood in the US, so maybe I should expect to pay a fortune for groceries. Why do the prices keep going higher? there should be no inflation right now. Gas and therefore transportation prices are low. Harris Teeter merged with Kroger, so that should reduce bureaucracy. Why are prices higher every damn time?
I loved this Oberlin location. I am disappointed that there isn't a Pharmacy located there.
I used the Cameron Village location's Express Lane option, and found I got three incorrect bags when I got home. I called and explained what happened and they delivered the correct bags to my apartment-- in the snow! (Snow is a rare and treacherous occurrence in Raleigh NC), I can't express how pleased I am with HT's customer service. Thank you!
