I called Harris Service Direct which holds themselves out as Harris Plumbing. My issue was admittedly small but they said that they would and could do the job. I waited for days to get on the schedule. I was home when the plumber was scheduled to come. He called my cell phone one time. I missed that call. I called them back immediately. I ended up with Michelle on the phone. Michelle is rude, abrupt, condescending and just plain nasty. She indicated that her brother was at my front door and that I didn’t answer.
