I requested to see Dr. Harris. Not because of anything my previous eye doctor said or did, but because I wanted my eye doctor to be under the same group of medical doctors as my cardiologist, primary, pulmonary, vascular, and sleep doctor... UT Medical. Although he seemed a bit rushed, Dr. Harris was very polite and didn't beat around the bush about what needed to be done. The son is just as nice and caring as his father. It was very nice to shake his hand and introduce ourselves to him.
Doctors and staff are great. But in 2025 why am I asked to fill out 5 pages of paper with a pen in order to check in? And it is exactly the same forms as submitted in previous years!! Please move your check in procedure into this century.
