I took my cat there for an appointment for a UTI. They scheduled her right away and super friendly on the phone. My cat is very scared when she goes to the vet, so much that at her old vet she had to be sedated. Not here, they were so calm and so reassuring to her and it was the calmest I have seen her in a long time going to the vets. They made her feel secure and didn't try to do anything that would cause unnecessary stress to her. I cannot explain the Exemplary level of comfort & care that we had recieved from Dr Edwards and the entire staff of Harris Hill Animal hospital. Last week we had to put down our cat Mew, and when we picked her ashes up today we recieved a very loving card. Which was signed with a personal memo from each of the staff. And a beautiful paw print with her name on it. Thank you all for making her trip across the Rainbow Bridge as comfortable as possible. Much love. The Montanino Family.
