What a blessing to find the Harris Hill Animal Hospital and its very knowledgeable veterinarians. I went for a second opinion on my precious dog's wound and was blown away by their bedside manner, state of the art equipment, and amazing clinical skills. Harris Hill animal hospital provides top care. my dog has a medical condition that is hard to manage but they have guided me through the process and when I have needed help they have been there. Dr Hitt is a phenomenal vet That goes above and beyond. when charmer has been in crisis due to his medical condition she always makes sure to see him or to call me to guide me through how to make him better. If you own a Rottweiler this is NOT the place to take your dog. 2 days ago I paid for a “physical exam” that consisted of a student listening to my dogs chest for 3 seconds and the Vet assessed his hips/legs by the way he walked. No checking lungs, heart, ears, eyes, hips, etc. The Vet that we saw admitted that she is uncomfortable with Rottweilers. She brought a back up team of 2 plus the student into the room with her which was uncomfortable for me, so I can only imagine how my dog felt when they started feeding him cheezw... read more
Worst experiences ever. I highly recommend going to any Veterinarian but here. Our dog had terminal cancer. They failed to do the correct blood draws/labs on a previous knee surgery that would have told us that he had it sooner. We went to a nearby Veterinarian True Care in Clarence and they knew immediately. We literally had 3 weeks left with our beloved dog, only 9 years young, he passed. I cannot express enough to stay away from this place.
We just brought our 8 week old Newfi puppy. Felt very welcomed and they made our new boy all happy! We look forward to having a good vet with them on top of the grooming and boarding!
Wonderful, caring staff. Recently we had to have our cat put down and are not in a hurry to get another pet, but if and when we do, we will bring him or her here for vet care.
