This place needs a lot of improvements, starting with the office staff. "Nothing professional." You have problems with loud noises from the upstairs neighbors, and they don't do anything; they just laugh in your face and threaten to call the police if you go back to the office looking for help. There are cockroach problems, the apartments' ceilings are falling in, and the bathrooms are leaking. I really want to move out of here.
Don't even bother trying to live here. They take your rent, increasing it every once in a while, use it on absolutely everything but fixing your apartments, and don't help you with horrible neighbors. Me and my family have gone multiple times to report our upstairs neighbors, however they won't move us or our neighbors to a different building. Este lugar es horrible no renten aquí el trato que te dan es una BASURA… vas a la oficina y pides ayuda de cualquier cosa que necesites sea para el apartamento q se puede estar cayendo en cantos o etc, problemas con algún vecino , sea lo que sea que necesites ayuda con no te van a ayudar y si decidieran ayudarte se van a tardar un montón aveces hasta años y aveces prácticamente hasta te votan de la oficina por solo ir a pedir y exigir ayuda…. lamentablemente y eso dejar decir mucho de la gente que trabaja ahí porque te da e... read more
