Property manager thinks she can change rules and laws to suit her self with out any repercussions
Bad service, and the administration is terrible and very incompetent, as well bad cleaning service and are very dirty
Been on waiting list for 2 years now. Got letter in mail saying my application was denied cause they cldnt reach me by phone. Never got a call or message from them. My sister lives near there so had her go by to tlk to staff in office cause no one wld answer. Told me they would keep me on list and id have next available 3 bedroom. Got call this week saying background came back ok and needed to schedule appt to bring in birth certificates for my three kids and sign papers. This place needs a lot of improvements, starting with the office staff. "Nothing professional." You have problems with loud noises from the upstairs neighbors, and they don't do anything; they just laugh in your face and threaten to call the police if you go back to the office looking for help. There are cockroach problems, the apartments' ceilings are falling in, and the bathrooms are leaking. I really want to move out of here.
