Staff is very rude had an appointment today some reason the woman at the desk canceled it then told me my prescription was already updated so no need for an appointment when i am supposed to have free frames each year & exam with my insurance from job! Have not been seen once this year. Also wanted to try on contacts as well which is what my appointment was scheduled for! Great experience and lots of options to choose from
We had an emergency with my 4 year old daughter lodging a piece of wood in her cornea. We just moved to the area and aren’t familiar with eye docs in the area, but was recommended to come here. I’m so happy we did. Dr. Haley Trenz Was amazing with her! Not only did they get us in immediately, she explained everything thoroughly and got the splinter out of her eye without any tears. I’m so impressed with Dr. Trenz and the entire staff we met today. I’m happy we found a new optometrist for our entire family now.
