BE WARNED!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! We will NEVER stay here again. Woke up at 4:30 am to a man at the foot of our bed stealing cash & a very sentimental personal item from my purse. After MULTIPLE phone calls it took 20 minutes for hotel security to arrive only to be told that we must have left the door latch flipped over so the man could enter our room. NOT POSSIBLE, as we checked the door before bed. We believe somehow this man had an “inside” connection as we were staying on the 21st floor and he managed to have e... read more
