I was very pleased with my last visit. The service center is at a different location than the dealership, it was a little difficult to find but the service was very good. I give only 4 stars because I had an appointment but still had to wait about 20 minutes, everyone had gone out to lunch I think. During my wait however the person helping me was very nice and helpful in finding someone to help me out. I recently purchased an SUV from Folsom Lake Toyota and was very pleased with the experience. All sales reps that I dealt with were very friendly and did not make me feel pressured at all. I am enjoying my new Toyota and will be purchasing my next one from Folsom Lake Toyota as well.
