My fiancé and I are Very disappointed in the lack of service we received on Sunday evening. We were very excited to come to your restaurant as we have enjoyed the food every time we have came. You all were the one place we wanted to eat at and talked about since we arrived to the beach late Saturday night. RecommendedGreat food the crab dip is the best I’ve had in 3 states. The Newport News location was a family staple for years but when they moved it lost the atmosphere for us. This location has the dive bar feel with great food.
We didn’t feel like driving out from the oceanfront...which was clearly our first mistake. I wanted seafood and as we were walking we spotted this place. First, they took too long to seat us. Second, our waitress was terrible! She was on cloud nine and we could barely understand her. My spouse’s scallops were raw...my food was okay. Then it took her another year to come back to our table. It was busy with college aged kids drinking. It was loud and packed...mind you it’s covid season...we won’t ever go back here.

Great music, laid back atmosphere, good wait staff and yummy food and drinks!
the food was good. the bathroom was super sketchh! looked like the inside on a shed. dirty. graffiti all over the walls. & the soap was in a den ketchup bottle🤦♀️ the daiquiris were great but the rum runner tasted like robitussin 🤢 it has potential to be much better in my opinion.
Business response:
Soap is in a squeeze bottle so we can fill it easily for customers to wash their hands. We continually paint the bathrooms to keep the walls free of graffiti. As of yesterday their was nothing on the walls.
