Best bar/ oyster bar/seafood restaurant in Hampton Roads, hands down. Love this place. Always a great meal with friendly and attentive service.
Very good food! I recommend it! There was an incident in which the wind caused equipment to fly off the roof of the building and damage two cars. Harpoon Larrys was very professional about the situation providing insurance information and making sure the guests were taken care of. The She Crab Soup was the best I ever had... highly recommend this place!
For the price you pay for the seafood, you would expect to get a Crab cake that is done all the way. My crab cake was not done, the mix was very loose and considering crab cakes have eggs in the that is risky. The shrimp and scallops are very good. I had a really nice server ;)
Best crab legs ever! Their crab dip was amazing as well. Great prices and my favorite seafood restaurant in VA!
The food here is Amazing and not overpriced. It comes out on time and the service is more than exceptional from the gorgeous ladies that work there. I tipped well that evening :-)
I just posted our wonderful experiences on HL's FB page and suffice it to say...we are hooked!! Fabtastic Food, wonderful servers, reasonable $$$$...this mermaid's new fave...try it...and the DESSERTS!!! Oh, yesssssssss!
