My favorite place to come for drinks when I'm in town! The rum runners are on point! I gave it a 4 and not a 5 because the food could be improved.

This place has been a popular spot for a few years. We had not tried it until just a few days ago. We were driving past, on our way to Williamsburg, and noticed that the parking lot was full. I took my boyfriend here for the first time last night and our waiter Dennis had great customer service skills. Our meals were apparently lost in their computer system so although we waited a while for our food, Dennis and the owners son both came to our table to explain what had happened. To make up for our wait they did not charge us for our meals. We were both thoroughly impressed at the level of customer service we received and we will certainly be coming back!

The Poons is a all time favorite of mine and very seldom am I ever disappointed. Killer Sweet Potatoe Fries w/ Bomb Sauce Don't forget the bodacious Blackened Fish Tacos

Last night was the first time I've ever had bad food and I mean terrible. We ordered to go and when we got home and started eating both my husband and I had that same look. I had fried shrimp that was way over fried. You could tell the grease had been used for a long period of time and needed to be changed. Hush puppies were the same way. The fish in the fish tacos tasted like a piece of rubber and the red potatoes were hard. Needless to say it was a waste of 40$. Plenty of other places to go and spend my money.
