I had the absolute most unacceptable service, waitress, and manager interaction. We waited 50 minutes for our food and not once did our waitress come by to check in. I didn't even know her name she was that unpleasant, as was the manager, BJ who wanted to give me his personal phone number. He was speaking with me at my table, and unexpectedly walked away during the middle of our conversation and never apologized once about any of our problems.
