I want to say that the employees who work here make this shop what it is, people friendly. I won a bike at Fall Fest in a raffle and instead of rolling me out with my new bike, they are helping me make a decision on what is good for me. I mean they are giving this bike away but yet treating me like I am a walk in customer. Thanks y'all! I'll keep coming back!

The guys at Harper's are just the coolest ever. They care a lot about making sure you are on a bike that you love. They spend so much time sharing their knowledge. They have no problem taking extra time to make sure you are happy with how bike riding is going. After buying my bike from them, they've done maintenance, replaced small parts, talked to me about technique, helped me play with the fit of the bike, and done general tune ups all for free.
