I was an out of state buyer attempting to get a Mazda Mx-5 Miata evaluated by a a Mazda dealership .9 miles down the street. The sales agent cancelled my tow and offered to drive it there. The manager found out and ran over and had the car pulled off the lift mid inspection, cancelled the free safety recall fix and refused to allow the 160 point inspection to go further which I was paying for. Cannot rate the selection as I have not shopped there. I own a2013 VW Passat and have taken it there for service. Always cheerful and professional.
Everything was great, Steve in the Service Department was so good to explain everything to me and tell me exactly what needed to be done
Overall I was pleased with the work they did on my 2012 VW Eos. They took care of all the items I asked them to, and the car performance was much improved. The service department was polite, friendly, very helpful, and the work was completed in a timely and professional manner.
