Eric drove to our address, knocked politely, and was fully prepared to go to work. While Eric worked, he gave me a full explanation of the part he was working on, including its function and importance to the air conditioning and heating process. He demonstrated absolute confidence and professionalism. The experience could not have been better! I made sure I will see him or someone else from Harper Revell again on a future visit!
Jack, Curtis and Davion did an amazing job on installing my AC unit.
Sam and his crew were extremely professional, communicative, clear and honest about the work that needed to be done. They finished quickly and efficiently and were pleasant to work with!
We just recently had this company come and do a complete airduct replacement system, as always they are punctual , professional and take time to take pictures of work and areas of concern, as well as answering questions ( We had a new AC unit put in 2 years ago by them as well.)Thanks so much Samuel, Chris, Lazaro & Scott for your hard work- 2 long, hot days under our house and cleaning up everything and hauling it off! Definitely recommend!
