Harper Porsche helped make my recent purchases of a 2025 E-Macan and a 2026 911 a reality, went over the vehicles with me in detail, and followed up with me to see if I had any issues or questions. The guys in service are friendly and hospitable and go out of their way to make sure you're happy with the work they've done. In particular, I want to give a helpful shoutout to Derek, Ben, Frank, Nick, and Ray. All excellent folks to work with.
Update 03/05/2026: Dealership removed their response to my review after insinuating that the damage to the car (underneath - skidplate damage was fresh despite of the contradicting response from a local Porsche dealership clarifying that the marks were not fresh and the car was sold with the damage) after I posted text message pictures! Chandler & Harper Porsche were great to work with. They were very transparent about pricing and fees, which didn’t include any of the unnecessary junk other dealers tack on. The used car I bought was immaculately detailed, and inspected. They were kind to work with and even provided a ride to return my rental. Great customer service & a purchase I feel great about. Sold us a damaged car. I will upload a full review with pictures. The fact that the dealership responds to all 5-star reviews but ignores mine clearly shows they are at fault. They offered to pay for an additional certification and some parts/accessories as compensation, but they still refuse to address the fact that they sold us a car that was damaged and should not have passed Porsche certification.
