Such a great place! I needed a wheel and tire for my BMW and I was able to save $800 by shopping Harold's! Great staff and prompt service aswell! 24hr turn around! 5 stars for sure!
I can tell believe the amount of hard to find parts these guys had in stock and their customer service is beyond what would come to expect from those big chain auto parts stores. We won't shop anywhere else. Keep it local. Keep it family. Keep it merican!
I personally had a good experience. Called and the guy told me he had the door I needed for my truck. While I was there waiting on the door I also found 2 tires and I bought a battery. This was my first time here and I will be back. This is a good place especially if you have a project car.
Nice people with decent pricing. I wnet for a tailgate and bumper while my wife pet the cats.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are very competitive and they normally have a great selection of vehicles and parts.
I called and was told they had a hubcap so I drove 35 miles and waited an hour and did not get the hubcap so I drove 35 miles home without a huncap. Had same experince the last time and willl never go back. Customer service is not their strong point.
I had a great experience with your shop, I was in a rush, had a cab outside waiting. One of your guys went out of his way to drive me around to find my part. Very helpful and understanding of the situation I was in. Highly recommended!
