I paid cash for a part and returned it only to be charged 25% restocking fee and a check was given to me! I have to wait 7-10 days for the check to clear while my cash paid cleared immediately.......and they say their honest! The lady unprofessional lady behind the glass was very disrespectful and hateful to say the least......you’d think Harold would appreciate cash paying customers? I will never step foot in this place again.......
