I am so grateful for the exceptional care I always receive from Dr. Ashcraft. I’ve been going to him for years. I ran into an emergency while traveling and realized I didn't have my contact lenses. Despite it being a Friday afternoon, he stayed late to ensure my prescription was handled and personally spoke with the retail staff at the location I was visiting. It’s rare to find a doctor so willing to go the extra mile! They truly put their patients first, and I can't recommend him, his office (and his expertise!) enough.
Excellent service in every respect. Waiting room is spotless. I was seen on time (such a rarity these days!). The doctor also saw me promptly--not one of those situations where you are put in a room . . . and then wait for a very long time for the doctor to come in. Dr. Ashcraft explained everything very clearly. My glasses were ready in less than two weeks. Best eye doctor and practice I have ever been to.
Personable doctor and friendly, capable front-office staff
Friendly Dr yes, but we paid over 3000.00!for glasses that do nothing for my father. We are a poor family and we raked and scraped to gather that money thinking it was the answer. The glasses do nothing! It was a total waste of time and money . So beware.
Very rude staff. They don't keep the office hours stated to me on their website and on the phone, causing me to waste an hour waiting to pick up glasses. And the staff mouthed off when I asked about their lying.
