I had a very strange reaction after skin testing (dizzy, exhausted, could barely walk) and Dr. Kim and the other doctor tried to dismiss it as anxiety THREE TIMES because my skin tests were negative. Even after I insisted that something was wrong, the only thing they did was take my blood pressure and tell me to rest until I felt better. Also even knowing I was on testosterone they still misgendered me several times and didn't seem to hear when I corrected them. I waited 14 months for this nonsense.
I called to enquire about their services a week ago, and the only option was to leave a voice message. They never returned my call.
Dr. Kim is an absolutely fantastic doctor. As someone who has many health problems and has been passed around from specialist to specialist for years, Dr. Kim has always been the most thorough, most compassionate and most caring. He is very knowledgeable and will get you referrals to other doctors way faster than most and I always feel like he hears me out and doesn’t dismiss any of my symptoms or issues. Wish we had more specialists like him. Long wait time to be able to see him but very worth it.
