Service department told me they couldn’t or wouldn’t do an alignment without a new rack and pinion installed . Told me they could fix it that day or the next April 14th. Long story short..... truck had to wait for parts and I received no update on status of my vehicle and found out today it MIGHT get fixed tomorrow if my tech shows up . Only because I called to check on status. No one called me at all. Honesty and responsibility seem to take a back seat to money. I will be finding myself a mechanic somewhere else. they will pull out all the stops to get you into the store, have you sit in there for hours, then reneg on every single thing previously agreed to, then yank the deal right out from under you! To add insult to injury, they call you 2 days later and when you tell them you're not interested they RUDELY HANG UP IN YOUR FACE!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. GO TO CRAIN KIA WHERE THEY APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMERS!!
