Today was my very first visit to your location. Just wanted to let you know that Ms. Natasha provided outstanding customer service! She was very knowledgeable on automotive care, she was extremely friendly and I’m very pleased with the work completed on my vehicle. I will definitely return.
Overall it was a good experience. Only request I would make is that the dealership should have called to let me know the day when they were starting on the vehicle instead of telling me when they were done which was after 4:30pm so had to extend our stay at a hotel an additional days to get the vehicle picked up. Notes from a traveler that was not from Arkansas and had to have their transmission replaced.

Chuck and Tony did everything in there power to make sure we got the deal done in a manner I would be able to afford. I also found out a buddy of mine Gregory Dragoo works in the parts department, I have known him for a couple years from bowling, I think it's safe to say he would also never screw anyone over when it comes to auto parts.

Quick and friendly service. I've used the Gwatney Chevrolet service department since '99-'00, regardless of the GM dealer I purchased from. I've been completely satisfied with attention to detail and open communications. If you need service, ask for Natasha.
It’s crazy how one day they say they can work with you and the next day after taking off work early to go down there to talk to the same salesman you where dealing with the day prior to see what you can do, you can’t because he’s busy so you’re treated rudely by another salesman. Never again will I step foot on your car lot and I will let everyone I know know the experience my husband and I had. We had questions because the rude salesman couldn’t even find information that the guy the day prior had on our current vehicle.
I can’t recommend this dealership enough! The service Dept is EXCELLENT. The body shop, parts, sales are equally represented. The support from management is obvious... you can’t have a staff this well tuned and organized without excellent management, support and product knowledge.
