Dr. Baumstein has helped me time and time again - saving me time, money and - teeth! He is reachable at all times, and goes way out of his way to accomodate emergencies and do things as efficiently and reasonably as possible. His standards are exemplary with regard to integrity and exactness and I can't say enough about how caring he and his staff are. You cannot be in better hands!!

I work in Dr. Baumstein's office and know that what this patient about four fake teeth an so on is not true. It's all a lie. She kept going from dentist to to dentist and even a specialist. She didn't pay her bill and wanted a way out. Also, this was taken to court and she lost. Later claiming the judge didn't like her from a previous time in court. It's all a lot of nonesense. He is caring and a very good dentist. Ask a family member of hers who came to us after she made all this crazy stuff up. You can't believe everything... read more

I have to say, before I get really nasty on here, that his wife, and staff are always nice, helpful, etc. I NEVER had a problem until October 2006 when I "knew" something was wrong, yet he kept saying it was due to me "getting older", (I was 29 at the time!) To make a long story short, he did not do his duty of finding the source of the worst pain I have ever had for over a year and a half; it ended up being I needed a root canal on a tooth he changed the filling on, which was under a bridge he placed at the same time. I have been going to Dr. Baumstein since I was 7 years old. Over the years I have moved to different cities and tried to get the same service at other dental offices but their service is not close to what you get wtih Dr. Baumstein. So now no matter where I live I will commute to Dr. Baumstein for any kind of dental care. He is not in the business for the money like SmileCare (Horrible Horrible serivce by the way, every facility I have been to but thats another story), Dr. Baumstein is actually in the business to help people... read more

Dr. Baumstein and his office assistants were very friendly and professional. I felt like I was well cared for.

Expert, compassionate. Staff is smart and considerate. Best pricing possible per dental plans. Really nice view of Silicon Valley and mountains from patient's chair.
