Took my husband up yesterday. He has the cold and nasty cough that has been going around. His immune system has been compromised due to colon cancer and parkinsons. Three hospitalization in last 6 months. The nurse practitioner said he only has noise in upper part of lungs and prescribed an inhaler. Decided on no steroids. The inhaler did not help the wheezing and fever reached 102. He should not take Tylenol due to liver issues. Called first thing this morning and left a message for some guidance. The office smells like a horse barn. Two days in a row if had a strong odor. Staff didn't care.

Today was a consult appointment with Dr.Healey , from the moment we walked through the doors we felt like we were special !the receptionist and nursing staff were so friendly and kind! Dr.Healey was extremely comforting they way he took time and explained everything to us was awesome! He answered all our questions like he'd known us for years ! So down to earth ! The people who work here are very special souls this made our experience so much easier! Thank you alfond center for making things easier for us!
