My step dad came here for radiation on his brain, Dr Jones said he would work on the tumors he felt comftorable working on and send him to Boston for the rest, he worked on all of the tumors even the ones he said he didn't feel comftorable with without permission after telling us he wouldn't, which led to bleeding in his brain and he passed away. Why is it someone from this practice calls and can't be bothered with leaving a name for me to call back! I have told them they can tell my husband anything they tell me. They get snippy when my husband asks for a name! When I call the practice, of course they have no idea who called me. Seems to me not leaving a name and number is thoughtless, irrisponsible and downright stupid. How can a person call you back if they don't know who to call????? Good grief!
