I was told my daughter's culture for strep would be sent out, it's been a week with no word from the office (I have called every single day, especially since I have an infant at home too) and now almost a week later I find out they never even sent the culture?! You people cannot be serious?! 😡 I was happy to see they were close to home, but I'm never going back! I'll go elsewhere, plus, I've never heard much good about this office. Step up your game!!!!! Disgraceful. They will not accept my 6 mo old as a patient out of their own personal judgements. Kennebec, Winthrop and everyone associated with them should be ashamed for letting a baby go untreated and denying her in general at every office. Do not recommend at all.
Waited total of 5 and a half hours to have my blood pressure taken twice. Still have the original problem, but I had to leave, because I need to get ready for work...People don't have an entire day to waste sitting around.
waiting for hours, just to end up going home with nothing, because I have a life and I can't spend 5+ hours in "express" care.

RecommendedAll the Doctors, Nurses and staff are great people. We didn't encounter any negative employee's while my wife was going there for treatments.
They dropped my son as a patient with no notice. Front desk staff is snippy and not very helpful. Not courteous at all. My son is a transplant patient and immuno-suppressed. We were told they would keep him as a patient until he finished college but he was dropped at 18 without even a courtesy notification.
RecommendedI was in the Waterville Express Care Sat 8-11. I waited for no more than 5 minutes to see someone. Slow afternoon perhaps. I was very ill and had been for over a week. I saw David who was amazing. Not only did he listen to what I had to say. He also did not make me feel rushed or hurried.He ordered some labs called me with the results and asked me how I was. He also called me tonight to follow up on some other labs. We talked for about 10 minutes. That special touch goes a long way. Thank you David ! 10 stars for you!
