I have called 6 times just this morning and my husband has called also to talk to a staff member about coming out to fix the air conditioning in the unit that has been broken for two weeks! Everyone we put in a maintenance request they say it’s fixed but my thermostat that says 87 degrees says otherwise! We’ve been to the office plenty of times because obviously no one answers the phone- please give us a call and fix the issue!
The location of this place is the only thing that is worth the price. Otherwise, you have to wait forever for maintenance (since no one is in the building ever), no one will answer the phone, bad utilities and broken elevators all the time. Constant random fire alarms that seem to have no end. My first day I got locked in the parking garage of my apartment because my scanner didn’t work. Had an emergency matience need and Mario was super fast to arrive and fixed and cleaned up everything for us. He was super attentive and kept us informed about the whole process! He rocks! And has made living here a breeze
😱NO ONE FROM THIS PROPERTY EVER CALLS U BACK ..OR EVEN ANSWER TH PHONE IN THE LEASING OFFICE .. HOW DO THEY REMAIN ONLINE PRETEND TO LEASE APARTMENTS???😡😡😡😡😡😡
